Alternate Procurement
We have pioneered international project development trends in Africa by offering the traditional building market (including industrial, retail, residential, office accommodation, hotels etc.) alternative procurement options. These options include turnkey construction (design & build), equity participation (co-development) and early contractor engagement (buildability) whereby we work in close partnership with the consulting team and client to ensure the buildability of all elements of a project.
All three alternative procurement scenarios offer attractive benefits to investors, developers, clients, and consultants as they explore innovative solutions to ensure that a project is delivered cost effectively, safely, on time and to the required specification and scope.

ABinBev Africa (Pty) Ltd
Project Zambezi, a greenfield brewery construction in Maputo, for ABinBev Africa (Pty) Ltd, was undertaken by SS Construções (Moçambique), Lda between February 2019 and December 2020.
Headquarters for Swaziland Revenue Authority (SRA)
The new Headquarters for Swaziland Revenue Authority (SRA) in Ezulwini, was constructed by Stefanutti Stocks Eswatini between September 2016 and November 2018.
Botswana’s Maun International Airport
This premier airport renovation, at Botswana’s Maun International Airport in Ngamiland District, was undertaken by Stefanutti Stocks Botswana for the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB) between April 2019 and February 2022.
King Mswati III International Airport
Stefanutti Stocks Eswatini participated in the construction of the premier King Mswati III International Airport for client Swaziland Ministry of Economic Planning and Development between 2009 and 2014.
MSC Durban Passenger Cruise Terminal
This premier transport infrastructure project (encompassing building and marine construction capabilities) and located on Mahatma Gandhi Road in the Port of Durban, was undertaken by Stefanutti Stocks Coastal for KwaZulu Cruise Terminal (Pty) Ltd, between November 2019 and October 2021.
