After completing a prestigious palace for King Mswati III, we established an in-country operation in the late eighties (S&B Swaziland). Over the last three decades we have grown to become one of the biggest contractors in the country and are responsible for the construction of many of the iconic buildings and structures, for both local and international clients, across Eswatini.
Our diverse project portfolio of completed projects includes the KM III International Airport, the LUSIP main canal, KaGamedze Water Supply Scheme, Public Service Pension Fund office park in Mbabane, MVA Head Office building, United Nations House, MTN office building, Biotechnology Park (services infrastructure and building construction), the prestigious International Convention Centre (ICC) and Five Star Hotel (FISH), Swaziland Revenue Authority Headquarters, the new Exams Council Head Office, the VHP Warehouse for Eswatini Sugar Association and Swazimed’s Ezulwini Referral Hospital.
Our current projects include the LUSIP II – Secondary Distribution System for ESWADE and the civil construction of the Manzini Interchange for the Ministry of Public Works. We are building a Warehouse and Yard Expansion for Conco (Coca Cola) and a new Head Office for FNB in Eswatini, as well as undertaking the de-silting of Mkinkomo Weir for Eswatini Electricity Company, and the expansion of the Mpaka Inland Clearance Depot (ICD) for Eswatini Railways.

Headquarters for Swaziland Revenue Authority (SRA)
The new Headquarters for Swaziland Revenue Authority (SRA) in Ezulwini, was constructed by Stefanutti Stocks Eswatini between September 2016 and November 2018.
King Mswati III International Airport
Stefanutti Stocks Eswatini participated in the construction of the premier King Mswati III International Airport for client Swaziland Ministry of Economic Planning and Development between 2009 and 2014.
