Since completing our first contract – the mine infrastructure for Chambeshi mine in 1999 – we have successfully undertaken many contracts for both the public and private sector.

Our project portfolio, to name a few, includes the construction of the Amatheon Dams, the Zambezi Chevuma Road and various other road upgrades across the country’s provinces including the Airport Arcades Road Upgrade and the upgrade of Bottom Road.

Our premier building contracts have included York Actis Park, Sandvik’s Central African Aftermarket Facility, Kitwe’s Garden Court Hotel, Northrise University in Ndola, as well as the new premises for National Milling in Lusaka. We have also recently refurbished the Ridgeway Hotel in Lusaka and the Mfuwe Lodge in the South Luangwa National Park, and have built the prestigious Mosi oa Tunya Hotel Resort in Livingstone.

Ridgeway Hotel Refurbishment

The Ridgeway Hotel Refurbishment in Lusaka was undertaken by  Stefanutti Stocks Zambia for Southern Sun Hotels. The contract was undertaken between January 2019 and September 2019.

National Milling Company (NMC)

The National Milling Company (NMC) in Zambia awarded multidisciplinary, general contracting company Stefanutti Stocks Zambia with both the bulk earthworks- and the building contracts for the construction of a new NMC mill on Lilayi Farm in Lusaka, in Zambia’s Central Province. The bulk earthworks were undertaken between May 2017 and November 2017. The building contract ran between August 2018 and July 2019.

D293 Zambezi to Chavuma road upgrade

The D293 Zambezi to Chavuma road upgrade in the North-western Province of Zambia was undertaken by multidisciplinary, general contracting company Stefanutti Stocks Zambia. The transport infrastructure contract was undertaken for the Roads Development Agency – Zambia, between January 2011 and July 2013.

The premier building project, Ndola Phase 2-Civil Works, located on the Copper Belt in Zambia, was undertaken by Stefanutti Stocks Zambia for Zambian Breweries between February 2018 and May 2019.
