Full Service
Our full-service offering encompasses multi-faceted capabilities that range from building the specialised structures that house the data centre; to the design and installation of all mechanical, electrical, wet services and fire services; all the way through to commissioning.
Our engineering, civils and general construction capabilities span bulk earthworks, piling and geotechnical, building and management, M&E (mechanical, electrical), structures (including specialized steel structures), civils, digitisation, and PQS/scope measurement.
We have the capacity and capability to seamlessly deliver a full data centre build.
Digital Delivery
We manage, operate and collaborate our projects on the Common Data Environment (or CDE) where multidisciplinary design and construction documentation is combined to create a single comprehensive shared knowledge resource. This cloud-based platform – on which information is captured in real time – serves as a single source of truth for all stakeholders. It supports effective, real-time communication and information sharing, as well as facilitating sound, data-based decision making throughout the life-cycle of the project.
Our in-house Digital Team take full ownership of an immersive 3D Model and combine all designs – mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural – into a federated model that enables clash detection and supports value engineering. This federated model serves as a valuable resource for efficient pre-planning and the identification and mitigation of project-specific health and safety risks. It also allows stakeholders to experience the project as though it has already been built.

In-house MEP
Our in-house MEP capability and know-how allows us to effectively manage specialist subcontractors on behalf of our client, or alternatively complete all M&E and structural steel work in-house.
This in-house MEP capability also means that we can price AND execute the structural steel, electrical and mechanical disciplines, thereby providing a complete one-stop solution.
Seamless Commissioning
The build periods for data centres are traditionally of a fast-track nature making timing during the build a critical factor. As we have successfully delivered multiple complete build projects – from earthworks platform stage through to level 3 commissioning, culminating into integrated system testing level 4 and 5 with our clients – we understand how best to support progress on site.
Our planning and programming activities, coupled with our world-class logistics, and supported by our management controls ensure that the correct equipment is delivered at the time required. And, that it is then woven into matrix of other systems – connected correctly, communicating, and functioning correctly – to ensure that the complete facility meets design requirements.
Although the actual testing and commissioning activities occur towards the end of the build, the activities supporting commissioning start much earlier, and in some cases even pre-contract. This critical component is managed by our in-house Electrical and Mechanical Start-Up Engineers, who boast a well-established and proven track record.
