The project consisted of two high grade office blocks, developed on the renowned D Aria wine farm. The one block consists of a double basement with three storeys above ground and the other building consists of a single basement and double storey above ground.
The Project took 18 Months to complete. Starting in the winter of 2018 proved to have some disadvantages as the bulk excavation soon became saturated. The clay ground conditions proved challenging.
A level 4 Green Star rating was achieved for the design and construction. The project showcased on time project delivery and a high level of finishes, as required by the client.
