Stefanutti Stocks’ occupational health and safety (OHS) strategy is driven with the welfare of our employees and the communities within which we operate, in mind. Accordingly, our operations have moved beyond conservative compliance and we embrace a framework that encourages ownership and empowers our people to make good decisions. Our empowerment framework consists of three components (authority, responsibility and accountability) and is applied across all levels of employment within the group.
In the 2016 financial year the number of recorded LTIs more than halved, from 26,0 in 2015 to 12,7. This figure includes our joint venture partner operations portions.
